For PCI-E risers if your wanting long ones especially 3M makes proper ones that will work where some of the ones out there may have problems with interference. MNPC also has some really slick looking black risers:

I never knew 3M made PC cables...

All I know is they make tape, sandpaper, car accessories, hooks (for clothes), filters...never in my mind...PCI-E riser cables.

GEZUS!! $70 for a riser cable?!?

Better be the best damn PCI-Express cable ever made.

Well they work well for sure especially long risers, Stefan there uses some in his passive build I remember seeing, 3M makes literally a little bit of everything.

Up to 15 cm the ribbon cable based risers work well. Up to 30 cm is possible if you are lucky and add some shielding.

For the 50 cm riser I needed an impedance matched one like the one from M3 was the only possible solution.

And 70 bucks is actually a good price as they normally sell for 80-100 bucks.

Mineral oil and 40 kg aluminium heat sinks are a perfect combination: 73 cores and a Titan X, Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Oil
