R9 390X or GTX 970 G1 Gigabyte ?

R9 390X but NOT FROM GIGABYTE because they hard voltage lock their AMD GPUs. How about one from Sapphire or MSI instead?

but preferably sapphire

Well, the 970 G1 is a good card, but what 390x model is that?

i5 2400 | ASUS RTX 4090 TUF OC | Seasonic 1200W Prime Gold | WD Green 120gb | WD Blue 1tb | some ram | a random case
