Edit: Yes you can overclock it with adjustable BCKL (Base Clock). Overclocking skylake locked CPUs will disable onboard GPU. And also the form of overclocking is very different than the usual K chips.

Did you get an unlocked version?

 

Install MSI Afterburner and if it lets you overclock, you can overclock...

yes he can.  happens to be the exact mobo even that there is a guide for.
