Dual monitors

Rhett Quigley

I use a second monitor for monitoring temperatures, does this affect game performance? I didn't notice any decline, and in some games I can not move the mouse over to the second screen.

i dont know the answer to the first question however the second question might be due to you running the game in full screen mode(ive had the same issue)

Not really maybe one or two FPS but in general it won't affect gaming performance with a second screen for software monitoring.

It will make a difference. It's not that big of a hit to the performance though ;)

It may affect performance a little but if the game is only on one monitor and whatever is running on the second monitor isn't running anything intensive it might only cost you like 1-3 FPS.
