Need a gaming / Photoshop build for sister, 1500CAD

I need a build for my sister. Max 1500CAD after tax.

It would be used for everything (gaming AAA, Photoshop, Sony Vegas).

Min fx8350/i5. AMD gpu. Needs at least a 240gb ssd. All parts from either ncix or newegg.

So, Photoshop or video editing? I see you have both programs. How much video editing will she do compared to photoshop or gaming? That can change the overall build by a hundred or more $$

She will be doing more Photoshop than video editing, so mainly photo and gaming. Yes the price can go up a hundred if needed. Price includes windows 10 though., but not perferials. So try your best to stay under 1500

It only consumes 450W total at 100% load. That 80+ Gold PSU will be great.
