The Corsair 750w, is the one i want to get, but im sadly low on cash. If i could, i'd grab it in a heart-beat.

My current power supply came stock with the custom pc i brought...

It been making a loud grinding noise when i turn it on in the morning after it has been left for the night! Its only a cheap Chinese stock one...

Looking for a cheap modular power supply that i could also buy white braided cables for to match my pc theme :)

Any help would be much appreciated for a recommendation on a new power supply or maybe how i could prevent the noise?!....

From 60-100...That sounds reasonably priced to me! Any links?

you should never go cheap on a PSU, all it will get you is a heap of burnt out parts and a load of regret.

Anything must be better than the stock one in there now!

If you want a inexpensive, fully modular unit, the OCZ ZT is a solid mid-range unit.

The Seasonic SS-750AM is not a fully modular unit, but it is indeed build better than the CX750m.
