cheap high refresh rate gaming monitor for 300 or under

I'm looking for a high refresh rate low latency gaming monitor i don't mind if its a older type monitor or tn or anything like that just hoping if there is a 1ms high refresh rate monitor. anything would help but i would prefer to stay away from ebay as i know there are some monitors there that are good but i just prefer to not deal with ebay in general.

That is like 400 with tax i wouldn't have minded a little over budget but i don't plan on spending that much sadly know of anything cheaper? i don't mind if its a older 120hz monitor either just something good for the price

The benq one is much more solid in terms of production, so you'd be paying for a premium. I'd say it's worth the extra 20-30 bucks if that's what it takes.

vg248qe, i got mine brand new for 270 and my second one for 140 from craigslist, wait for a craigslist deal to come along they're usually 130-200 on craigslist or ebay and I prefer asus over benq
