What's the best way to completely clean a fan of dust?

Just ordered a Define S and I'll be using the fans from my Antec 900 to fill in the optional fan mounts. What's the best way to clean a dusty fan?

Blow it out, then use some paper towels or toilet paper with rubbing alcohol to clean under the fan blades, then use Q-Tips and rubbing alcohol to clean the crevices.
