Bottleneck from the CPU, the power supply can handle it though.

You're going to have to be more specific. The wattage on the psu box doesn't mean much if we don't have the model name.

my psu its an old psu named DELUX 650W max 30Amps 66.jpg

As long as it has a 6+2 and a 6pin you should be okay. That said, an upgrade wouldn't hurt here. Bang for buck, EVGA or Seasonic would be good choices. I'd recommend getting something with at least a 80+ bronze rating

Because it will.

You don't need a 750w PSU, your 630w *should* be fine but if I was you I would plan for a PSU upgrade ASAP.

If your PSU has the connector it will be ok, just make sure to get a good PSU before this one dies and kills random components, I've been there, it's not fun especially when your budget is limited.

my psu doesnt have connectors 6+2 or how its called for the r9 390, i was thinking to buy adaptors. but this thing with i3 bottleneck to 50Fps and i7 have 84Fps in witcher 3 (for example), it gives me headaches........ and its too much for me to upgrade PSU+i7+new graphics card..... thank you very much for your advice, i will consider your post the most important,

PSU ASAP! and then other parts!

good thing, because if the PSU doesn't have the connector then forget it, getting an adapter is tricky, you could endup overloading a connector, and you don't want that!

And no need for an i7, an i5 is more than enough!
