Framerate Target Control

Go to solution Solved by EarthboundHero,

It works fine for me, I've noticed if you must have the game in exclusive fullscreen mode for it to work. No windowed or borderless windowed.

Is the Framerate control in Crimson working? And is it recommended to use?

I play CS:GO and im getting 300fps. But my monitor is only 60Hz so I set the Crimson to Framerate control to always stick to 60fps. But when I use MSI Afterburner to check my FPS, its still getting 200-300fps.

I play CS:GO on my old PC. But I bought a new and upgraded one. But while im playing there's something odd in the game I cant explain.

Framerate Target Control is working for me okay, though I've only tried it on a handful of games right now (boot SSD died, had to reinstall Windows...and was busy with exams).

My brother is a huge CS:GO guy, and since he has a AMD GPU, I have him check.

I'll give you an update.

EDIT:

FTC works in CS:GO; had him try 200, 144, 120, and 60 -- all works.

BTW you can limit your FPS in CS:GO via in-game console.

I have it borderless windowed. I'll try fullscreen then.

EDIT: It works now. It should be on fullscreen.

I could only get Fallout 4 to work in Fullscreen.
