I need Windows Cheap

So I am going to be building my first PC this week and I need an Operating system. I found the Reddit software swap page and the keys are going for about $25 (Windows 8.1 Pro, I will be upgrading) Is this this the cheapest I can get a key? Also I currently have a laptop with Windows 10 installed. Is there a way for me to transfer over the OS or find a key in my laptop for windows? Piracy is out of the question. Any thoughts??

I heard people say you can get windows cheaper than 25 on g2a but don't quote me on this. I don't even buy games there.

You can't transfer the key from your laptop because that key can be used on your laptop and your laptop only. As far as the price, that is the cheapest I have seen. Even  when keys are in stock on G2A they are around $40.

You can't transfer the key from your laptop because that key can be used on your laptop and your laptop only.

It doesn't work like that.

 

Windows T&C says One license one PC. That's all. As long as the laptop doesn't come with Windows 8 or Windows 10. You're good to go.

 

You can uninstall the license from that laptop and can be used on desktop.

 

I've done it several times.
