Chrometana is an extension I use for Chrome that redirects all web searching from Windows 10 and Cortana to Google search instead of the Abomination knows as Bing.

But the point they are making in the video is that it used to bring up the calculator which is the expected behavior, instead it brings up Bing now. Bringing up Google is still not the expected behavior in this case and thus not a real solution. If you typed in "Excel" you wouldn't expect Google docs to show up either.
