Looking for things, not sure if I can find anything.

 

I would suggest something like AirDroid if you were on an Android device.

 

Edit: this looks  somewhat promising but I don't know whether to trust the site.

Are there programs in coordination with Bluetooth hardware to pair up my phone with my desktop so I can text hands free?
