What do you use to control your fans?

J/C
Go to solution Solved by RollinLower,

i use speedfan for my case fans+ CPU fans/pump and MSI afterburner for my GPU fans. i like my system to be as silent as possible because it is standing on top of my desk, about a feet or two away from me. this makes it incredibly easy to pick up every single noise it makes :P

Hey guys, like the title says I was wondering if you guys use software or a physical fan controller to change/monitor fan speeds?

If software, what do you use?, I was recommend SpeedFan. If physical, what kind of fan controller do you use?

I'd like some recommendations, Thanks :)

I have a button on the case so I can change the speeds to 3 different mods and usually when I doing desktop taska then I set the fans at the lowers spins then If I am playing a game I put them on a second mode which increases the speed of the fans and airflow my case: Corsair 780T  White

speedfan and motherboard fan controllers. it allows me to have the fans on my GPU H50 vary based on GPU temp, and CPU H50 fans vary based on CPU temp

I personally don't!!! I want my PC to be consistent in the noise it outputs!!! Something about the fans ramping up that makes me think my rig is struggling!!! I use 50% fan speed adapters from amazon and fix my GPU at a inaudible 48%!!!! Never have any thermal issues never gets above 60c most of the time!! I cant see what all the fuss with PWM is all about but each to their own.........
