Gtx 970 not detected

i have gtx 970 it is not getting detected by windows 8.1/10  tried almost everything 

1)resetting CMOS

2)removing card from slot 

3)reinstalling windows

 

no output from graphic card 

fans are spinning

 

please help

Have you tried using the Motherboard output ?

Can you change slots ?

it has 2 six pin power and yes i have connected it

Did you try another connector? Maybe one of them is faulty. For example if you use HDMI try the DVI one

if it was, my graphic card would have been deteceted by OS

Well... If you bought it at a local hardware store i'd say let them check it out, otherwise maybe the support can help you
