What are your thoughts on America attacking Syria?

 

The worst case scenario is that russia and/or Korea, China or japan gets on syrias side and we basically have WW3.

America needs to stay out of things. It's there civil war and they need to sort shit out themselves. Especially with al-Qaeda in there.

Syria and North Korea are two different things. There in North Korea they were bluffing and soo were Americans. Here we have civil war with chemical attacks. Plus Syria dont have nuclear warheads, but they do have Al-Qaida...

The major view here is to mainly stay out of it.  But unfortunately we can't help but want to police everyone and make sure things don't get out of hand.  It's kind of like how your big brother tries to break up your party even though he had his own party last week.  

 

As a military member I can honestly say I understand the need to try to prevent major wars spilling over, but at the same time I can't endorse providing aid to any group that directly goes against our mission, and as such that means we need to stay out of specific conflicts unless asked to intervene by a group that aligns with our interests and that will not abuse that help.  

 

I think it was Picard that harped on the Prime Directive all the time.  Maybe countries need to adopt a similar philosophy.

None of these countries would even think about jumping into the ship with Syria. It would be idiotic of Japan or China to help Syria.

 

Nevermind Korea isn't even capable of doing that

 

 

I think the course of action right now is best, staying waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay the fk over here instead of getting involved.
