Theyre both gonna be equally sucky at doing it, if they even can.

From what I can find, looks like the 650M would be able to play F4 at low settings at 1080 or maybe medium at 720. I don't think the 640M would be worth considering.

Battlefield is probably a bit easier, but not by much.

I speak the honest truth with a bit of snark mixed in. I'm sorry if it doesn't line up with your beliefs.

My friend has a laptop with a 650m, and its not too bad (especially if the chassis is beefy and temps allow for overclocking). You will likely manage low-med settings at 1080p

Cpu: Ryzen 2700 @ 4.0Ghz | Motherboard: Hero VI x370 | Gpu: EVGA RTX 2080 | Cooler: Custom Water loop | Ram: 16GB Trident Z 3000MHz

PSU: RM650x + Braided cables | Case:  painted Corsair c70 | Monitor: MSI 1440p 144hz VA | Drives: 500GB 850 Evo (OS)

Laptop: 2014 Razer blade 14" Desktop: http://imgur.com/AQZh2sj , http://imgur.com/ukAXerd

You'll probably want to overclock the 640M/650M. They come with extremely low base clocks. Don't even have to tweak the voltage, just push up the base clock. So it's just free performance with no risk given voltage stays the same. You should get quite the improvement from the overclock.

Battlefield 4 720P with lowest settings yes. 650M would handle it just fine. 60fps rock solid. Assuming you overclock. 640M?...eeh, probably not. A bit over 30 I would assume.

Fallout 4? Hell no. Game is an unoptimised piece of junk. You'll get 20-45 fps on a 650M overclocked. Fluctuates like nuts. 640? Don't even bother...

Oh yea, make sure 650M is the 2GB GDDR5 variant. You might get away with 1GB, but battlefield may stutter sometimes due to lack of VRAM and speed.
