What can i buy for under 100$ that would let me OC my cpu

Is the corsair H60 a good choice?

 

Anything with a 280mm radiator and stick some fans on your VRM heatsink and the back of your motherboard socket.

Can't go wrong with a Hyper 212 Evo to get you started; moving up you could either go to a Dark Rock 3 or something like a H60/75 (though ideally you'd want atleast a 120.2mm rad if you're shooting for 4.4 ghz or higher)

If you can get an H100i do it, if not get an H80i

Dude, you have a good mobo. Fine taste. (I just got one for a friend’s first pc build) But I would recommend either a cm hyper 212 evo, or hyper 612. (also extra fans to put on them)

 

I have a hyper 212 on my fx 6300, and I got it almost to 5GHz. It will cooperate at 4.9, but I keep it at 4.8GHz 24/7.

He will not get far with an 8350 and a hyper 212 evo, 4.6ghz max unless it's undervolted and completely unstable and writing corrupt data to his hard drives for him to boot up one day and get a bad hard drive error message...

 

His motherboard will also limit his OC depending on his cooling solutions for the socket and VRM.
