Cant render h264

Hello folks

 

i am using cyberlink powerdirector Le 10 and i made a video but i want to render it in 1080p mp4 (h.264).

when i press start render it says the hardware encoding button should be on but i cant click that.

 

system specs:

dell xps 8700

i7-4790

24gb 1600mhz ram

gtx750 ti

 

driver version: 353.82

 

i hope you guys know the awnser

Well for starters, you're using PowerDirector...</3

 

I had used PowerDirector for years and there were ALWAYS so many problems. Rendering, no audio, no video and etc. I switch over to Creative Cloud membership and my god am I happier. As for your specific problem, it's been a while that I've used PD but this is from their site:

 

PLEASE NOTE: For users of NVIDIA cards who have updated to graphics driver 340.43 or later, the video hardware acceleration feature in PowerDirector is no longer available. To re-enable hardware acceleration, please download and install an earlier driver.

yes i know powedirector is crap but it was free with this pc and it is still better then win movie maker,  i have premiere cs6 on my own pc but i am not able to use that right now. but i will render in .mpg instead and convert it.
