So, my Hyperx Cloud 2's have been randomly disconnecting whenever I move for a while now after I "upgraded" to windows 10. I wanted to test if it was something wrong with my pc or my headset. SO, I plugged the headset into my mom's laptop. I could move it around everywhere it was all fine. I then brought it over to my pc, moved my headset around a bunch and now the headset isn't recognized by my computer via USB. However, if I use  stereo I'm able to still use the headset, no 7.1 though. Messaged Hyperx about this. If anyone else is able to help I would appreciate it a ton. Thanks!

(I say useless because you can't move a muscle while you're using them and the 7.1 doesn't even work. Which, is a huge downside for us CS:GO  players.)

Just checked with a friend who has HyperX Cloud 2's and is on Windows 10 and he has had absolutely no problems. Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling your audio drivers?

Wow just found  out my reply never posted -_-. Do you mean mobo audio drivers? I've  tried updating my headset drivers before (Through device manager) and it just says they're up to date because this headset has no drivers from the website anyway.

Yeah, I'd try updating your motherboard audio drivers. Certain programs and drivers get a bit screwed up on the transition.

How do I tell which drivers need updating? Very sorry if I sound stupid.

What motherboard do you have?
