So after I installed Windows 10 i have a lot of internet connections what is slowing down my internet and some times i cant even open any site. I tried disabling them and uninstalling them but after reboot of the pc they are back. What should I do when i turn on my pc and there is an normal internet. "Now they are disabled so i can get on the internet."

Don't uninstall, just disable. They'll reinstall on restart and enable themselves.
