Best settings for GTA V

What is the best graphics setup for my PC on constant 60FPS.

CPU:AMD FX 8320 @ 4.3Ghz

Cooled by:CM Hyper 212 Evo

RAM:KVR 4GBx2

Mobo:Asrock 990FX Extreme3

GPU:Sapphire Radeon R9 280

HDD:120GB V300 and 1TB WD Blue

PSU:Aerocool KCAS 600W

Case:Corsair Spec-01

Monitor:1080p 60Hz 5ms

Windows 10 anti-spying pro 64bit

mix between medium and high im guessing, if you want a locked 60 then probably all low.

You never mentioned which games you want to play. It is a very wide spectrum. If you want to run Dota 2, for example, you could be getting 120fps locked with all settings to the max. If you want to run Witcher 3, probably all on low. You should run an fps counter like Fraps and test for yourself, try changing one thing at a time until you achieve a good balance between fps and visual quality for a certain game.

Oh crap I'm sorry I was replying to a bunch of threads and I completely forgot the title. Well then, I think you could put most of the settings on High, but my original suggestion still stands: Get yourself an fps counter and experiment a bit. Turn it all the way up and see how it plays. Then lower the things that you personally find the least important. Repeat until you get a visually satisfying experience and a 60fps average.
