Use the Rear and top 2 an export(unless you have a 2x120mm radiator, then set the fans to push) and the front fans as intake.

Yes, but in this particular setup he cant really do that very well in a way where all the air is flowing in 1 direction

yes like my case is set up with 3 140s in taking and 3 140s exhausting

Suck air in through the front, out through the top and back. Hot air rises.

2 in, 1 out is all you need in most sitations. No need to fill every hole. But if you don't mind noise that running that many fans makes.. Sure.
