Alright so I have a friend looking to buy a gaming computer, but he only has a 400 dollar budget, and refuses to build it. I know it really isnt ideal, but he is hard set on a gaming computer for 400. Any prebuilt suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Can you build it for him?

Buy him a potato, cause that's about what he'd get if he spent $400 on a pre-built computer.

Hard case, i know

Convince him, say that a pre built doesn't have the best parts and for $400 he'd be getting a really shitty prebulit that won't even do 30FPS on any game (over exaggerate to make it sound better :P)

$400 is not going to get anywhere with a prebuilt system, no matter what kind of dollar it is, or where it is.
