criorig h5 ultimate or cryorig h7....also will these two fit into my z170 pro gaming motherboard and nzxt h440?

 

also what is the best gpu cooling and is it worthed?

The H5 is better, Both will fit in the H440. The best GPU cooling solution would be a custom loop but that is another undertaking of itself,  I would just recommend running the stock set up on the GPU unless it has a sub par cooler on it like a R9 390/390X Asus Strix or if you want the lowest temperatures possible. However there is always the Kraken G10 which allows you to mount a AIO cooler on a gpu if you are interested in that.
