Pen and Touch settings wont open

Hi

 

I really hope someone can help me, last night I installed my wacom tablet which works fine but windows pen and touch are messing it up. So I went to go to pen and touch settings and was greeted by this (see attached image). I looked around and cant find a fix for its. All I need to do is turn of the hold down to right-click feature.
