Trouble with W10 muted audio sources on startup

Semper

Hey all, me again.

This issue has been left unresolved from an older topic of mine (It was a combination topic covering an array of issues), so i'm bringing it to the forefront again.

Basically, my issue:
I run my audio through my front panel jack. My audio source is Razer Surround, run through my on-board audio (Realtek)

It's not an issue that interrupts in any major way, however it's more of a Quality of Life issue, a nuisance, if you will.

Upon startup, my on-board audio is always muted (upwards of 99% of the time, there's only been 1-2 times since updating to W10 that it hasn't been muted) which means that, effectively, Razer Surround is getting no audio fed to it. It doesn't randomly mute or unmute itself at any other time. It's just a quick fix; unmute, and it functions normally.

My audio sources (The bottom one is the one that's always muted)

What i've tried:

Run MBAM

Checking various reg keys (found through my Googling)

Run Windows Defender (because, why not?)

Run Avast (Because why not?)

Performed a complete and fresh re-install of Windows (to solve another issue I was having - this issue remained)

Just curious as to if any of y'all might be able to help me troubleshoot this problem, and solve it at the source. If you need any more info, ask away!

Thanks in advance!
