Dual Monitor strange trouble

hey 

i got some strange dual monitor problem. i recently got a second monitor a asus mx279, but when i use dual monitors the task bar looks wierd, and the wallpaper look odd. my primary monitor is a dell u2515h

CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K

CPu Køler: be quiet! Dark Rock PRO 3

RAM: kingston hyperx savage 16gb 2400mhz

GPU: Msi gtx770 lightning 2Gb

PSU: Corsair RM850

SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 500GB gam

Os: win 10 64 bit

One monitor is 1080p the other is 1440p. If you're worried about weird background you can setup from duplicating it to having a custom one where one image is 4480x1440p
