you would get better quality out of a $10 receiver from craigslist

I have a shit ton of 90' s HiFi equipment that still sounds amazing. All of it belonged to my parents when they spent a small fortune on the pursuit for better audio (roughly 23,000 USD).

Its not a joke, you can actually get receivers on craigslist for $10 that were made in the past 5-10 years, and that is MUCH higher audio quality than this receiver made 30 years ago

Be careful for input devices tapes and laser disk only went up to a third of volt but most modern day cd players and mp3 players go up to 1V so plugging a cd player in may just distort the living hell out of it. But thats a generic for old equipment, maybe not in your case but I couldnt say since google didnt bring any info up.

And to all the people going its crap get better here for a tenner, the principles of audio havnt changed drastically in hundreds of years, something which was actually well made and good twenty, thirty years ago could still be very good.
