I get it. I have had Lyme Disease, Babesiosis, and Bartonellosis for the last 5 years. Im 16, and I have to get infusions of a blood product called IVIG every 2 months. That means getting stuck with most likely more than 1 needle because my veins are tricky. I have to sit in a dreary infusion center for 8 hours a day (for 3 days total), getting a drug that I know will make me feel like absolute shit for the following 2 weeks. It gives me an incredibly horrible headache (even worse since head pain is my main symptom), and horrible nausea. But why do I do it? Because it works! Overall, my pain is reduced over the past 6 infusions I've gotten, and I don't plan to stop. I know it sucks, but you just need to push through it and go to the hospital. Im not sure how it is with you, but if I miss an infusion ill relapse and it just won't be good. Your body is giving you an explicit visual sign that somethings wrong, and you can't just ignore that. Go to the hospital.
