Seriously though looking at a screen will keep you up usually

I got F.lux, it limits the blue light from your screen, making it easier to fall asleep

tense your body as hard as you can and release, start at your feet and work your way up. also taking deep breaths helps

I watch (well mostly listen) to ASMR videos :D really helps me relax

The best answer is the one you least expect. If you want to fall asleep quickly, then don't sleep. Just skip sleeping tonight and I guarantee that tomorrow night you will fall asleep faster than you ever have before. Nothing quite makes you sleepy like sleep deprivation.

I'm here in bed, trying to fall asleep but I can't. How could I fall asleep quickly without taking pills? Any methods?

Try ASMR sleeping Audio. Helps me to sleep when my Tinitus is fucking me up... :/

so your suggestion is he only sleeps every other night? dude thats not healthy hell go insane in 2 months ive seen it happen.

I have moderate tinnitus, too. That's why I can't sleep in complete silence. :(

Sometimes I use my fan on the highest rpm in order not to hear the tinnitus.

Worse thing ever happened to my Health. But i still have the Hope i will get rid of it some Day. I wish you the best :)

No. I got it some Years ago. Its a psycho Thing. No Accident. You were born with it?..Wow. Never heard that is possible. Try ASMR, maybe it helps you.
