SSDs have no moving parts inside. So no, they don't make any noises

Sorry for my low english, but I'm trying my best  ;)

No, beacuse they are solide state (SSD, Solid State Drive) with no moving parts.

They don't have moving parts and they don't draw enough power to produce noticeable coil whine even if they had chokes or coils. So no, they don't make any noise. Unless you happen to be able to hear electrons buzzing through copper, in which case, you're probably already in hell.

I suspect that, if you can hear an SSD over any other part of your PC, it's not operating as intended.  ;)

The psu was/would be still probably makeing the noise lol.

For all we know there are some SSDs that have their own power regulation and *might* be able to produce some coil whine.

 

Surface mount voltage regulators IC's are used in SSD's.
