Need help with the choice of a graphics card

Hi. So this is my build. Sky lake red and black theme. I've gotten all my other parts now I'm just missing a graphics card. Any ideas? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/N3k6Jx link to my build I'll be gaming mainly in 1080p and a little bit of programming streaming and video editing and rendering

What is the total budget? also that PSU is not the best. I would get an EVGA G2 series one.

That's important.

I was hoping for something not to expensive 300-400

Probably an R9 390/X

Either 390 or 970. but now some of the gtx 980s are like $430
