Help choosing my GPU

hi, i'm new in all the computer hardware stuff, but from 1 month ago, i've doing research for building my first pc, it will be mostly for games, but i will be doing some photo editing and 3d work.

 

my worst problem with all this is, i wont be upgrading any soon, like, 5 years or so, the pc i currently have, is a pre-built one, i5 2320, 4gbs of ram, and a zotac gt 430 (fanless), i've been playing and working on this pc since 2012, and i dont have much trouble playing games like, lol or csgo, but when i want to play, for example, bf4, fc4, rainbow six siege, fallout, there is when my gpu falls short, 

 

you might say, yeah, go for a gtx 970 and you will be good, and indeed, i thought of it, but here comes the problem, i live in argentina, and the prices are... well... shit. the gtx 970 is worth 8000 ''pesos'' = 800 dollars.

 

just a few more: r9 380 550$ up to 650$ dollars, the r9 390, 800$ up to 1000$. the gtx 960 from 550$ up to 700$, the 970, as i said, 800$ up to 950$. the 980 1200$, and the ti 1800$, three times the original price...

 

but anyways, i wont be playing on 4k or anything, just 1 monitor, 60hz 1080p, and i dont want to buy a gpu that  can last well a year or 2, and then fell short, but i also cant afford a gtx 980ti, btw, if you are wondering, the titan x is worth 3000$ dollars.

 

so i thought of this, is it worth, NOT to get a gpu, and run the iGPU of what would be a i5 6600k and just wait and not only try save money, but also, to the prices to go down and get a 970 or more? 

 

i dont really need to max out any game, in fact, i play a lot of csgo and lol, but when i want to play bf4 with some friends, i just cant, because my gpu just cant run it,

btw: the build should look like this: Corsair 450D, asus z170 pro gaming, Intel i5 6600k, 8 gbs of ram, i think gskill. cooler master v 750, a cooler master 212 evo, and a 1tb wd black hdd, i plan on get, the gpu, a 520 gb samsung 850 evo ssd and 8 more gb's of ram, later on. what do you guys think? and sorry for the crappy english.

Buy a new GPU, SSD, PSU, ram and case for your existing computer and start from there!

970 should be fine for the following years on 1080p imoa

that is what i thought, but the cpu is, 450$, the motherboard is 400$ the cooler 100$, the hdd almost 200$ the psu 300$ the memory modules are from 150 up to 250$ and getting 250$ of ssd and 800$ of graphic card, get's far away from my ''budget''

It isn't an entire computer and you can use DDR3 with skylake.

You do not need a $400 motherboard, no matter where you are from.

the asus z170 pro gaming, i dont want those rog series, and the other brands are either expensive or dont really appeal to me

360, 370 or 750Ti?

i thought of the 750 ti, but here is my problem, i dont want neither an old gpu or a gpu that wont last more than one or 2 years, alright, i dont want to push all of my games to ultra, but still, i want a gpu that LASTS, because i will be with that gpu for long, btw 750ti is 450 and i have seen it at 400, not really far from the 380

thank you all, but i think i will just not buy a gpu, then save money and buy a gtx 970 or the r9 390.
