Backstory

My friend needs help putting together a 600€ gaming build for his friend as a Christmas present.

He asked me for help but i dont have time for that (watching TSM vs Luminosity).

 

Requirements:

All parts need to available on Amazon.co.uk

Color scheme must be blue

OS + optical drive (or suggest alternative way of installation) included.

Keyboard + mouse included in the price

Got any ideas on what he'll be using it for? Gaming, Regular User, Editing, Recording, Live streaming?
