Cannot overclock higher on R7 260x, What now?

Hello, I bought an R7 260x.. I think I got a lucky model as I could clock it at 1300Mhz core and 1625 memory (the max OC MSI afterburner allows for this card) I'm am freaking suprised it could clock this far, This is a sapphire model with a single fan(basically refrence) But I want to go higher is there anyway I can do that?

 

 

Also I want to know if there is a database of the highest overclocks for certain video cards, I want to know the best overclock ever done on a R7 260x

You can get edgy and possibly re-flash the card with a custom BIOS, but that is very risky.
