Pop Sound in Headphones Caused by Light Switch

This is bizarre, I went to turn off the lights in my room and that caused a single pop sound from my headphones (Sennheiser HD598's). I'm sure the two are correlated as it happens every single time I do it, not sure about their causal link. I'm guessing this has something to do with the wiring in my room and how circuits work... Should I be concerned?

It happens to my 5.1 surround sound Speakers too. Maybe an interference or something, never cared too much

It almost certainly isn't harmful, but it may be worth replacing the light switch.

When I turn on my audio receiver, my lights flicker, the opposite problem.

It's fine.

Shouldn't cause problems, but in the long run I'd get a filtered power strip (I had a problem at my parents' house where my monitors would flicker everytime the kitchen neon would be turned on and a filtered power strip solved that)
