i heard most of them are MSDN keys, which are legitimate keys, selling them just isnt legitimate.

 

and yes, i'm pretty sure all keys you'll find on the cheap are oem keys.

Unless you explicitly buy an OEM version (listed as OEM) they are NOT OEM keys. They are legit retail keys.
