Attempting to run my RAM faster.

Telling me no will result in me telling you that I don't care, that you're not helping, and possibly insulting you.

I have tried 2400mhz, 1.7v, Command Rate of 2, tCL of 15, tRCD of 20, tRP of 20, and tRAS of 40, and even these hella loose timings are giving me nothing. I just get a reboot loop and then my motherboard telling me the overclock failed.

All other ram timings set to auto. Both sticks of my G.Skill Snipers are linked to the same timings, slots 1&3, I have control of secondary timings, latency timings, and misc RAM settings, on-die termination configurations, DRAM training configurations, DRAM Reference clock of 200/266, dependent upon my choice of frequency, and various other voltages for my system.

Pictures provided upon request.

No reason to do it at all ;)

-.-

Read the second sentence.

Apparently it helps alot with FPS in Fallout4, a game which is very important to me, and getting my ram faster would be nice.

Now get helpful or get out.

I have. My motherboard, at least for my CPU is a pretty good overclocker, as I can hit 4.7ghz 1.25v easy.

My RAM is a whole nother question though.

I'd just like to get this running faster if possible.

My RAM literally can't overclock. It's a really touchy thing with minimal results.

well if thats 1600mhz ram youre using its probably been binned to not be a good overclocker

the good sticks are factory tested and sold as 2133, 2400, or 2800 kits and such

so the sticks sold as 1600mhz are the ones that wont overclock well

i would suggest you buy yourself some higher quality 2800 or 3200MHz ram, and you'll probably have a lot more success with that since those are pretty much the best bin

More helpful.

I'm hoping this ram can move its ass a bit more, I'm considering actually upgrading my ram at this point for some nice 2400/2600mhz ram, if anything else, I could toss it together with my current two for 32gb. Totally know I'll never be using that until I get more into recording and editing videos in a couple months.
