Which modmic do I get? Omni or Uni?

I recently purchased a sennheiser hd558 and need a modmic for xbox/pc, should I get a omni or uni directional mic?

Also which splitter do I buy to be able to use both together?

Uni directional so the sound comes from your mouth only/ cardioid

and I get the muteless version? I have a bind to use my mic in csgo and can mute myself using the xbox adapter

Definitely the unidirectional, the omni picks up everything in the room, which impressive is a real pain.
