[GMG] Star Wars Battlefront back at $49.99 again

GMG and a few other reputable retailers took some heat recently for selling Star Wars Battlefront keys from an authorized distributor rather than directly from EA. This meant they couldn't deliver to US customers Origin keys on the November 17th release date, but they can now with today's worldwide November 19th launch. Beats paying Origin the full $60 for a game you'll inevitably need to buy a premium expansion to.

when they get it to $35, then i'll pull the trigger. with the "proposed" DLC/DRM

just makes it too expensive and not that desirable. otherwise, i'll pass.

GMG delivers my keys instantly. there is probably an issue with his payment.

Your friend should probably contact someone about that.

 

I purchased FO4 and the season pass for it on GMG and the process was flawless. :wacko:

There have been issues with the Battlefront keys purchased from the site.  I would keep from buying that particular key.  I think there was also issues with BlackOps3 keys.

I've purchased from GMG multiple times. They're not skeezy like G2A. The issue isn't likely to be vendor related. It might be because of something like what Dealzon mentioned in the original post. Sure sounds frustrating whatever the root cause, though.

There have been issues with the Battlefront keys purchased from the site.  I would keep from buying that particular key.  I think there was also issues with BlackOps3 keys.

 

I think if you're buying from UK/EU you're probably going to be okay. Its the NA people that are having problem. A shame that GMG dropped the ball on that one...

My blackops 3 preorder was fine.

The issue was they were sending ROW keys instead of US keys.
