Weird temperature readings i5 6600k

This is from my new build so everything is new.

 

I'm using a H110i GT to cool my i5 6600k OC'd to 4.5ghz. I haven't used an intel chip before so I don't know if the temperatures are supposed to be this high/chaotic on water?

 

Here's a short webm of the temps going spastic. 

 

This is under 100% load

If that is under 100% load those temps are pretty nice

Voltage is at 1.35

If its at load then the temps are fine if its idle try changing the thermal paste

Sorry yes this is under 100% load. so Intel chips temperatures are this chaotic under load?
