I sold a blackberry classic on September 1st 2015, today its November 16th

I sold the phone for $225.25 and when the buyer received it he (Probably) lied and said the charging port didnt work and initially asked for 100 dollars for the repair, I said no and that he should just ship it back, he said no and came down to 50 which was suspicious. I said no and to send it back, then he came to 25 and i knew I was being scammed but im like alright whatever.

Today theirs a 191 dollar hold on my paypal because the eBay item was "Not as described" -_____-

why even let him file this late that's fucking bullshit

I disputed it but im scared paypal will side with the buyer but fuck that

Im not even a fucking company, im a kid i cant afford to pay that just like that

paypal will side with the buyer

That is correct.

Our Grace. The Feathered One. He shows us the way. His bob is majestic and shows us the path. Follow unto his guidance and His example. He knows the one true path. Our Saviour. Our Grace. Our Father Birb has taught us with His humble heart and gentle wing the way of the bob. Let us show Him our reverence and follow in His example. The True Path of the Feathered One. ~ Dimboble-dubabob III

I took pictures, shipped with tracking, all ebay messages are saved and also had no returns accepted

Just contact ebay support....

also if your a kid you shouldn't be using ebay tbh you should let your parents sell it for you.

I should rephrase, a teen whose sold hundreds of things but cant afford to cough up 200 dollars out of the blue

I would be surprised if you don't win this dispute.  "Buyer was instructed to return item multiple times and refused to do so".

I shall use that line, thank you

people that care < everyone of the forum that's not you

Pictures really don't matter because they can argue that you took pictures of a different working item and mailed out shit.

Also, no returns accepted doesn't mean anything.  You're required to accept returns regardless of whether you want to or not.  Certainly for item not as described claims you have to accept returns.
