There could be a million reasons why it couldn't connect :P

 

Could you give us a few more details? Is it when you open it? Check for drivers? 

Have you tried a clean install?

Your internet works correctly right?

Internet is working fine it's says unable to connect when I first open it then it says error a couple times then let's me in but will not allow me to download ny drivers

Odd, try a clean install like @paprikman suggested and see if the problem is still there :)
