Titan X (LMAO) JK.

GTX 950 will be fine or R7 370.

That CPU is going to be a problem for FO4, the game is very strenuous on processors.

I would get a 950.

Oh, pish-posh. It runs just fine on an i3-4160, which means it'll be fine on any Sandy Bridge or later i3 (although improvements with the 6100 will be most noticeable- bless that chip).

I have a GTX 960 and it handles a lot of stuff really well, but I went for it as I was trying to keep the build low-power. For pure price/performance, you'd be much better off with a 3GB R9 380, which can be had for the same, and will perform better on everything besides games with NVidia Gameworks.

GTX 950. Anything lower, like the 750Ti, is already getting sold by the owners so they can acquire more powerful GPUs.

Indication of price you want to spend would help a lot. Pretty much in the lower budget of the market AMD is faster in every offering but then switches to Nvidia at the higher price points, which is why we need to know what you are willing to spend.

I'm a biased dual AMD R9 290X user so yea... red tinted glasses.

The budget isn't the problem but should i get then i3 4160 if it will preform better?

To do that you would also have to replace the motherboard. Since you have a working system get the ideal graphics card first and actually check if the cpu performance gives you problems. I wouldn't want to make you unnecessarily go out and buy parts you don't need.

A platform upgrade might be in order, but save that for when you upgrade to a beefier CPU. There isn't a world of difference between Sandy Bridge and Haswell anyway. What impressed me was the Skylake i3-6100, which dethroned the i5 2500k, but it still won't be the kind of gain you'll get upgrading to a Haswell i5 or i7. Upgrade your CPU and platform together.
