how to power a 4pin fan without psu or motherboard

so i have a few different fans that i want to use for different things that all don't have the ability to be connected to motherboard. are there any 4 pin to battery cables or outlets?

Are you jut wanting like a portable or desk fan kind thing you can just take a wall adapter rated for 12V if you want it to run at full speed and connect the red and black wires only.

any 9v-12v power supply will do just fine

like one of these just solder the fan wires to this little 12 volt psu it wont burn out the fan motor right

i want to display a custom case fan outside of a case running for product placement

That would work perfect, and it only draws the amount of power it needs so it won't burn out.

You can run up to the current limit of the plug (minus a little bit cause chinese electronics they always overstate their specifications).  I use 12V laptop chargers with the plugs cut off to run my watercooling pumps from the wall instead of from my power supply.

Yeah as long as it's not crazy long like an entire 5M long roll you should be good, something like 30-60cm and the fan shouldn't be an issue.
