gtx has the tubing coming out the top of the waterblock instead of the side

I had the H110i GT. But my guess is they perform about the same. GTX might be better with fan speeds and maybe a better pump. Not sure about that. However I got rid of the stock fans anyway and put two NB e-Loops on them. The stock fans on performance mode sounded like a jet engine...
