Cant Open Nvidia Control Panel

I just did a fresh install of windows 10 and installed all the necessary drivers but for some reason I can open the nvidia control panel. I can open gforce experience.  I did a fresh install of the latest driver off nvidas site also. 

 

I have dual 980s in my system.

I have dual 980s in my system. 

I was having this issue on the insider version of windows 10 it hasnt been a problem since getting release a few weeks ago though for me.

When you right-click your desktop, does the option to open Nvidia control panel show up in the menu? Is that what you tried to do?

not only that , installing 353.30 driver, it wont even recognize the graphics card and will run on Internal Graphics, when i go to uninstall programs, i can see its been installed but cant open the control panel, no matter how many times you reinstall the driver, i gave up and installed a different driver.

I uninstalled the drivers and I can open it, but once I update the drivers I cant open it. Yes it shows there but still cant open

Yes

click it and press windows key + left a few times. 

 

Did you ever plug in another display? Some times the window can be stuck on another screen that's not active. 

Also change your resolution to the lowest, then try, then put it back up to the highest.
