Best case for $50

Hello there i live in India, I am looking for a case.

 

My budget is $50 (If anybody knows the Indian market my budget is Rs 5500)

 

My requirements are that it should have a windowed side panel and If possible 1 USB 3.0 as i will be using the case for any build in the future.

 

I would also like suggestions of the case which comes with a PSU preloaded, as i do not require an expensive psu for my rig.

NZXT Source or a Fractal Core. Don't buy a case that comes with a PSU, I wouldn't depend on it to power a light bulb.

I would not say tech, as you and i both have the same phone.

 

But rather say that the prices of many electronics such as computers are way more than other countries because of the high rate of Import duty on electronics.

 

But i have ordered this laptop from amazon.com on 3rd aug 2013 and it will reach day after tomorrow to me and it cost me Rs. 20000 duty on this laptop to enter India
