Budget Build for a friends work

Hello, a friend of mine asked me to build him a pc for his workplace with a total budget of 750 euros.

He will be working in mostly adobe photoshop and adobe inteligent document platform, and another program that his office uses, not that heavy

He said that he would like to have 32 gigs of rams since he tends to have multiple programms at once, but i think 16 gigs will be more than fine.

Use de.pcpartcker if possible, since the prices in greece are pretty much the same.

Z97 motherboard with a locked CPU? R9 380 for a workplace build? I do not think he needs that good card, a 370 would suffice.

Here's my take on the build, a more powerful Skylake i5 on a newer DDR4 platform with a bit weaker GPU. And it fits the budget perfectly ^^

i was thinking something like this would be more than enough,but i dont use adobe apps that much and i do not know if the gpu would be enough
